Disclosure Policy

This policy is valid from my first posting on 08 November 2009.

This blog is a personal blog written and edited by the author working under the pseudonym Carol Hines/StopForeclosureHomeownerResources.org. This blog runs ads from the Google Ad network (which are labeled as such) as well as “affiliate” ads through Clickbank (a company that runs affiliate programs for merchants who are advertised/featured on this site), Inove (the WordPress theme I use). Affiliate ads mean the company pays the blog owner a commission when a sale is generated via the site, at no additional cost to the customer.

I choose to run affiliate ads only for products which I have found useful. Google Adsense ads cannot be thoroughly screened and so do not represent any endorsement.

This blog abides by word of mouth marketing standards. We believe in honesty of relationship, opinion and identity. Receipts of gifts which may influence reviews and opinions will be disclosed.

The owner of this blog is not compensated to post or to provide opinion on products, services, websites and various other topics. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely those of the blog owner. If I claim or appear to be an expert on a certain topic or product or service area, I will only endorse products or services that I believe, based on our expertise and/or the input of multiple trusted users/participants, are worthy of such endorsement. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer or provider.

Content which might present a conflict of interest will always be identified.
